Training and Exam for European Adhesive Bonder according to DVS/EWF 3305
in cooperation with TC Kleben.

Objective

In practice, problems often arise in the production of glued joints. Boundary conditions that are negligible in conventional joining processes are of considerable importance. Failure to do so results in poor bonding when bonded, resulting in complaints, rework or increased rejects. The participants will be able to carry out adhesive tasks according to specifications. The lessons learned in theoretical instruction are implemented and experienced in the practical exercises. The intensive interlocking of theory and practice leads to an understanding of the different contexts of bonding technology compared to conventional joining techniques and thus helps to avoid errors in production. The training concludes with a practical and theoretical exam before an independent examination board of the DVS (German Association for Welding and Allied Processes). After passing the exam, participants will receive a European-wide certificate, recognized by the EWF (European Federation for Welding, Joining and Cutting).
