Wonder at the Design and Diversity of our Coils.
An inductor must always be adapted to its specific task. It represents the interface between an induction generator and the component and is designed and designed so that it can realize exactly the desired Heizfleckgrößen and heating rates. Classic inductors consist of a water-flowed copper tube, which geometrically follows the component geometry. IFF inducers are usually completely different. They consist of a ferrite core, around which a suitable strand is wound. With this structure, the electromagnetic field can be formed and concentrated, resulting in optimum heating results. To protect the inductor and the operator, this unit is normally provided with a plastic housing or encapsulated with an epoxy resin and equipped with a start button, so that such a sealed inductor can be safely operated by hand. Special competence requires the design of inductors for the non-destructive component testing, because a portion of the component, which would be just under the inductor in normal design, must remain free for the temperature detection by the infrared camera.
